专业劳动法律师,擅长处理各类争议性及非争议性劳动法律事务,包括解雇、裁员、加班工资、奖金、社会保险、工伤职业病、特殊保护、起草合同规章、设计竞业限制条款等。陈律师不但积累了多年年中国劳动法律师执业经验,同时系统接受了英国劳动法律教育,熟悉英国劳动判例法和成文法,欧盟与劳动有关的反歧视和企业收购指引,欧洲人权条约,欧盟法院相关判例。融会贯通,对当前中国劳动法领域诸多热点问题,如无固定期限劳动合同、规章制度的订立、解除劳动合同的法定条件等有深入研究和独到的见解。曾经为数十家中外企业提供劳动法专业法律服务。

As an expert employment lawyer, Chinggrant Chen has
been practicing Chinese employment law for many years.
He focuses mainly on employment arbitration and litigation,
dismissal and redundancy, equal opportunity, industrial
conflict, preparation of employment contract and employee
manual. Employment law seminar given by him is popular
around Shanghai business community. Mr. Chen is not
only perfect in Chinese employment law, but also familiar
with English common law in employment, EU equality directives,
Human rights conventions, relevant ECJ case law due
to his British employment law education background.
He is particular strong on transforming foreign human
resource strategy into Chinese employment legal language.
